How do I prepare a rusty surface? As Jenoseel actually uses rust, it does not need

Do I need to shot blast? Very rarely. Only if the structure is badly corroded, when blasting may be quicker than hand preparation. If blasting, SA2 standard is adequate for Jenoseel.

How is Jenoseel applied? Very easily, stir very thoroughly and apply by brush.
Can Jenoseel be sprayed? Not recommended. Jenoseel is designed to penetrate into rust and spraying can tend to ‘lay on’.

How do I clean my brushes? Use our No. 4 Cleaner. For small areas, use disposable brushes.
What top coats? Jenoseel may be overcoated with most products. We can supply a full range of top coats to suit most applications. Please seek advice.
How long does Jenoseel last? Depends on situation, thoroughness of preparation, top
coats etc. Because Jenoseel stabilises existing rust and actively fights future corrosion,
